This page is the home page for a Google OAuth app that exists for exactly one person: its owner, GitHub user ixtli.
The app lets the owner's own command-line tools use the owner's own Google account. Two examples are a Google Workspace CLI for mail, calendar and documents, and rclone, which keeps an encrypted off-site backup of a home file server in Google Drive.
It is not a product or a public service. Nobody else can sign in to it, and nothing is offered to anyone else.
Google requires a published app to link a homepage, a privacy policy and terms of service. These pages exist to meet that requirement, and they describe what the app actually does.
